Thanks Mr. Kaml & Anurag for your reply..
My concern is that the organization size is smaller, i tried to contact HDFC, ICICI but they do not provide services to such small group so i am looking for the organization which can offer maximum benefits to a smaller group like ours.
Thanks in advance.

HI Sakshi,
Do read the following article I had written which will help you in structuring the policy.

Furthermore, the choice of the insurer is restricted for you to the extent of the type of cover you decide to go in for. Inc ase you take a cover which has all bells and whistles, the challenge is that no PSU insurer ( United, Oriental, New India or National Insurance) in my opinion will much easily provide a cover, they need larger size of groups. IN private insurers you can get the same.
Do let me know in case you need any help to structure this for your self

I would suggest you to go with govt insurance companies like United India, New India, Oriental. The private players track record on claim settlement is not upto the mark and ask for many details which normally one may not be able to provide.

Dear Sakshi,
Greetings!!
Probably i am late for this reply but still.
Being in Insurance industry for quite some time i can suggest you that Public Sector Companies don't provide the group medical cover for such small groups. you will have to go with private players. I work for an Insurance Broking company where we work for the corporate and assist them in managing their insurance portfolio.
I can assist your organisation in getting a nice cover for your organisation.
For any clarifications i can be reached at the below stated contact number.
