Though we are not clear about the kind and style of business has been done by the organisation but the objective may be the below:

1. Man Hrs per ton: This is to analyse further how a training is effective to reduce the man hrs for each ton of production of a product or effective use of human resources for each ton of production. The effectiveness of training shall be reflected in the increased production and such a training session in the consultation of the production department, may lay down the production guidelines/ solutions to the workers problem/machine operation guidelines/look into effective machine maintenance checkups/ Training on machines/ reduction in the machine set up time/ review the production schedule and production planning and issues therein.

2. Training Men Hours: It may be input training hrs resulted production improvement.

3. Employee Coverage: May be related to the no of employees covered under the training for the computation of per employee training cost.
