I am working as an HR for Indian company in Jakarta(indonesia).This is a new setup company here. The new people we recruit here resigns the next month. When asked about this to local people they said here people do like this because here job are many and easy to change. Now pressure is coming as we are a sales organisation and we are not having good employees to work and bring sales.
Please suggest what to do?

3. Welfare Policy
4. fringe benefit Policy
5. Engagement Policy
6. Career Policy
7. Vision Of company Goal and their career goal
these are the above tool is necessary for retaining the employee. apart from above points you can also reform the leadership style.
