I am attaching copies of two important decisions of High Courts as under:
1. Madras High Court: It has been held that PF is applicable on training period of junior officers also.
2. Gujarat High Court: PF Department can initiate recovery action even before expiry of period of appeal u/s 7-I. Further, mere filing of appeal is not enough.
