I am working with a reputed chemical manufacturing firm in HR.As part of Minthly salary we are paying Conveyance Allowance to our employees gradewise.At the same time we are also providing them with common transport facility from their home to Office.Please advise how much we have to deduct towards availment of transport facility.Our plant is at a remote place and far away from city and all Industries there are providing Transport facility.
