GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

4. DO NOT THINK THAT YOU CAN DO ALL THE WORK. DELEGATE THE WORK.

5. TRAIN OTHERS, LET IN YOUR ABSENCE THEY WORK. ONLY ONE WHO TRAINS OTHERS IS A SUCCESSFUL MAN.

6. WRITE DOWN WORK GIVEN BY SENIORS AND GIVE FEEDBACK PROMPTLY. DO NOT RELY ON MEMORY AS IT ALWAYS FAILS IN THE RIGHT TIME.

9. WHILE ASKING FOR A CALL FROM THE RECEPTION GIVE THE CORRECT NUMBER, CONTACT PERSON/COMPANY.

10. GIVE A POLITE REPLY TO ALL.

11. DO NOT GOSSIP WITH SECURITY PERSONNEL.

12. DO NOT MISUSE OFFICE PROPERTY.

13. KEEP YOUR WORK PLACE NEAT AND CLEAN.

14. KEEP PROPER RECORD OF ALL CORRESPONDENCE.

15. IF A PLANNED LEAVE BRIEF ALL PENDING WORK/ISSUES TO ANY

OTHER RESPONSIBLE PERSON. IF LEAVE IN EMERGENCY BRIEF ANY PERSON OVER THE PHONE OF ANY PENDING ISSUES/WORK.

16. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE OFFICE PREMISES

17. ALL THE EMPLOYEES ARE TO WEAR THE UNIFORM GIVEN TO THEM AND WEAR IDENTITY CARDS.

18. THROW ALL THE WASTE IN THE WASTE BASKET PROVIDED.

19. USE ONE SIDED PAPER FOR INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS AND PAPERS WHICH ARE FILED.

20. TEAR UNWANTED PAPERS AND THEN THROW THEM IN THE WASTE BACKET.

21. IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT ASK AND CLEAR THE DOUBT. DO NOT HESITATE.
