I have done my PGDRM - from JIMS , NEW DELHI & pursuing MBA in ( Marketing & HR ) as this is DUAL SPECIALIZATION course.
I have got 2 job offers in my hand.
1. DSM ( DIRECT SALES MANAGER ) in HDFC Life
2. HR Recruiter in Consultancy
can anyone please guide me should i go with HDFC profile or HR job . I m very much confused right now.
Bcoz m getting same package in both the jobs. but with HDFC i can make more money by earning bonuses and incentives which looks very
attractive. So plz suggest me which one is better & how much growth of rise in salary package in HR field ???
& what is the HR hierarchy level ??
i wait for your responseS
Thanks & Regards

Hi Naresh,
I can understand your confusion because it's a big decision. If I were you, I would go for HR Recruiter because it has job security, career growth but more importantly Decision Making is one of the main skills of a successful manager (which you need to learn my friend). In any case, a HDFC Direct Sales manager is like a Hungry Lion in Africa who doesn't always hunt for himself but makes sure his tribe makes a kill before nightfall otherwise...
Unless you have the ferociousness of a Hungry Lion and the motivation skills to keep your tribe together, HR Recruiter is the better option.
Hope you make the right choice
