Hi!! I am new to HR. Wanted to kw what all formalities are there post recruitment of candidates. Eg - documents required from both skilled and unskilled, ESIC regulations, and PF Shweta
Dear Shweta,
Once employee is on board, documents to be collected are as follows:
Skilled Employees:
1. Educational Certificates.
2. Previous Employment Experience Letter & Relieving Letter.
3. Salary Slips of the last Employment.
4. Photos
5. Address Proof (Ration Card, Light Bill, etc)
6. Photo Identity Proof (Driving License, Voter card)
7. Pan card xerox
8. PF a/c number, etc
Unskilled Employees:
1. Address Proof
2. Photo Identity Proof
3. Photos
4. Pan card xerox, etc
Apart from this kindly collect the following information as a emolyee is on board.
1. Blood Group
2. Emergency Contact numbers
3. Alternate email ID
4. Designation - Appointed as
Following information is useful for the company:
6. Reporting Manager - At the time of joining
7. Permanent Address/ Temporary Address, etc
8. Salary - at the time of joining
9. Apparisal Date, Completion of probhationary period, etc
This information is important & execl sheet can be maintained for the same.
