Dear Professionals
the situation is that one of our employee is not able to peform his job due to his mamily crisis ( as his brother got qurreal with others and the other party sue and also reported at police station that our employee was also involved in qurreal but in fact he was not he was on duty at that day) and he surrendered himself. the employee is not released yet while 6 months has passed away. he is willing to continue his job but due to not get rid of jail we want to terminate his contract with giving him compensation and keeping open offer for his familly support (livelihood support)
now we want to terminate his agreement. so please provide me letter of termination of an agreement due to uncontrolable factor.
