Hi Lokesh,
ISO 9001:2008 is international standard for management of "Quality" in an organisation.
if you have the copy of standard hr department will be responsible for
1) Defining responsibilities and authorities (clause 5.5.1)
2) determining the competence of personnel performing work affecting conformity to product requirements ( Clause 6.2.1)
3) Identifying training needs of personnel and providing training as well as maintaining training records (Clause 6.2.2)
4) ensuring suitable work environment (Clause 6.4)
There is certainly an audit conducted by accredited body leading to certification of the organisation. Prior to going for third party audit the organisation must conduct its own audit by its own internal auditors
Should you need any more information please feel free to contact me on my email id which is

Hello Mr.Sharma,
Pls refer below answers,

1. What Is This? What Is Procedure For This?

ISO is an internationally acclaimed and accepted standards for implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) at organizational level. It compromised of 8 clauses related to Quality management system, Management Responsibility, Resource management, Product realization and measurement, analysis and improvement. First 3 clauses deals with introduction and definitions etc.
There are many models of quality being practiced in industry to implement quality mgt system i.e. TQM (Total Quality Management) ,MBNQA (Malcolm balridge national quality award - USA),EFQM (European foundation for Quality Management) or Operational excellence etc.ISO 9001 :2008 is one of such model to implement quality management systems across organization.

To get certification one needs to prepare documents, procedures and manual to guide team about its implementation.
After implementation internal audit needs to be conducted by trained internal auditor form the organization for conformance of requirements laid down in ISO 9001 :2008 standards.

After this audit, Two audits to be conducted by external agency mainly the certification agency, Stage - II and Stage - II to verify conformance of standards and compliance.
If they found everything in line with stated guidelines will award your organization a certification.

2. What Data Have To Maintain HR Deptt.?

Basically for HR there is a separate clause in ISO 9001 standards apart from general requirements ,clause # 6 -Resource Management. Which deals with provision of resources, competence training, awareness, and infrastructure and work environment. All documents pertaining to this area needs to be maintained in any form weather electronically or manually. Most practiced and maintained documents are Training record, Job description, Competency record or skill matrix data, Resources list, Work environment data affecting to quality, employee list etc.
3. Is There Any Audit In ISO If Yes Then Tell Me Who Do Audit?

Kindly refer above explanation for audit. Audit is compulsory to get ISO 9001 certification by third party.
Certification is valid for at least 3 years and periodic audits at interval of one year will be conducted by your certification agency to verify conformance to requirement and effectiveness of management system.
After 3 year you need to apply for re- assessment and re-certification.
