i want know the dutes and role of hr executive in manufacturing industry.

Each organisation will have different job responsibilities based on their individual requirements. I work in a service type of industry. These are my duties as an HR Coordinator.
* Type correspondence, reports and other documents * Contact candidates and arranges interviews * Source resumés & Screens applicants for minimum qualifications and experience based on applications. * Prepare employment selection tests * Interview candidates * Verifying employee background * Prepares Letter of Offer, Termination, Warning, Salary revision etc… * Handle admin processes for application, renewal, transfer and cancellation of employees and work permits * Advising the candidates on remuneration and benefit issues * Delivering training, including inductions for new staff * Issue invoices * Handle candidates passports * Handle petty cash * Solve HR related queries from the candidates and clients * Explaining implement policies and procedures to candidates * Verify and scrutinize bank account statements * Keep track of leaves taken and * Prepare cheques for payment. * Handle payroll * Maintain MIS and office filing system
