Hi my name is khaleel ahmed khan and i worked with an MNC company for 9 months and the probation period was 6 months as per company rules and unfortunately i had some medical emergency in my family and i left the company without serving the notice period of 30 days and went to dubai to arrange funds and then when i came back after 3 months i asked them to give me the relieving letter they send me the final settlement document where they are asking me to pay the training cost of 75,000rupees and then only they will issue a relieving letter as they kept me in a absconding list and they also said that they sent me 3 cap letters which i did not get.and now when i m asking them that i need it to find a job. Then my HR is clearly advising me not to mention the experience in my Resume because without paying the training cost of 75000 they will not give the letter.please suggest me what to do now as i have spent 9 months with the company and without the letter i should again approach other comp

Dear Khaleel
Any employee after confirmation need to serve the required duration of resignation period as per company policy ,and if they leave without information they are counted as absconded only for which 3 informations are sent by the company after which they terminate the employee. Under this condition they will not issue you a relieving letter or experience letter unless the FNF is done.
You must be knowing the policy of your company, accordingly you should have moved. Anyways did u signed any bond as some training was given to you? Is there any written document which you have signed that if you leave early then you have to pay?
If it is then you have no choice, its better you should forget your 9 month exp. and don't show it in your resume.
And if you have not signed any official document then you can claim for your relieving letter.
Regards
Mitali

I would suggest you mention this experience, but discuss with your new employer that you cannot get the certificate, since you had a family exigency owing to which you needed to travel, and could not complete your separation formalities.
Its better this way, since if you withold this experience from your resume and somehow your new employer finds this, it would be detrimental and can be seen as misrepresentation of work experience.
I hope you had in someway informed your company that you will not be coming to work anymore. You can show this email to your new employer as intimation to resign.

My FNF is already done and i that they are asking to pay the amount.but as per company policy i can leave the company after the probation period of 6 months by paying the notice period amount which they already deducted from the payable amount and i asked them why should i pay 75000 and for which training cost thay replied that it is a cost of the training which was given to me in my previous process.so i want to know when i left i was not a part of that process so why should i pay the training cost amount for the training given to me that to for the previous process.and i did not sign any bond.and in the FNF also they mentioned only 3 months experience my actual joining was 27 may 2010 but they mentioned 1 jan 2011 and when i asked them about the date which is wrong in the FNF they said i will be changed post u pay the amount.but how is that possible they made a mistake in the FNF and not ready to change.please help me with a solid suggestion
thanking u so much
