In the case of termination,below mention should be clear on last working day:
1.Payment of days worked
2.Salary of lieu of notice
3.Leave incashment
4.Graduity
5.Incentive
6.Medical reimbursement
7.any other dues like reimbursement of bill etc

along with termination letter HR People need to make "full and final settlement" keeping in view of all aspects which is applicable to company as per company terms and conditions.
