Hello Everyone, I am working in a Growing media co. as HR Executive the working hours over here is 10 hours i.e from 10 am- 8 pm , though in some companies today what they mention on the papers eg 6pm employees have to extend the time by 1 or 2 hours but as already the work time is 10 hours is it appropriate??
Sometimes even if i don't have any work then also am forced to stay back till 8:pm...
Kindly suggest reasons on the basis of which the timings can be changed as my HR Manager is following the same therefore its difficult to raise voice against it.
Though one of the colleague is working from 10- 7pm but when quoted this she got angry.
Kindly help

for this you need unity in your colleagues. all you need to raise the voice together which remains the only options for you..
beside these, all the employee should leave together at 8..
Ya , normal timing is 10-7.

Just be an unity in your colleagues and rise & keep your problem in front of your Management together means put mails to your management together. that is only option to solving your Problem.

Practically office timing can not be change in current scenario where owner is C.M.D, (Lala Type) UN-till you show that current working time can effect the performance of each employee.
Here i am giving you few idea to prepare One project in office timing and its effect on each employee.
We all know that when we start our day we work very precisely and effectively and after lunch we work precisely but not effectively and accordingly after tea break we start seeing the time for day off. so this is the main problem in any working Time. However you have to segregate the timing as per performance of each employee like 10 am to 2 pm, 2:30 pm to 5 pm and 5:15 pm to 8 Pm and analyses of Each employee performance accordingly and put the paper to your HR Manager and emphasis on your intention.
This is the time taking process but you will get fruitful result.
