1. Register details in ESIC portal and generate new ESIC number. (organization must have sub-codes to register esic numbers in portal)
2. Issue the candidate temperory cards, it can be done online,and temp card is valid for three months only.
3. The IP(insured person) should submit Family photo,both the temp card and family photo must be ATTESTED BY THE EMPLOYER.
4. The IP should visit nearest ESIC office and take photograph for ESIC SMART CARD. The card will be issued within 2 months.
5. The SMART CARD has life long validity. Even the IP changes jobs, the same card can be carried.

We just got our ESIC no, now how to register our employees whether it is only though website or we have to submit some forms to ESIC office
While filling employees information in website whether we have to choose dispensary on our own choice or ESIC office allocate it

2. We may choose dispensary on our own, however the sub-code region/local hospital you were allocated will be by-default selection.
3. The whole proceduer of generating temperory card,generating challans etc etc is clearly updated in the portal, you may follow that.
