EE amount stands for EmployeE Amount. That is 12% share.
ER amount stands for EmployeR Amount . That is 3.67% (12-8.33 EPS=3.67%)
In your case EE ie Your own share=10,000, and ER=3000.
You can verify with the formula EE/12 X 3.67=ER.
