Hi Meenu,
While executing induction program ask your employee following things
1.Name
2.qualification
3.habits
4.hobbies
5.family background
& then start your induction (let your customer to prepare for listening by making him/her stress free)
& always end your induction with some story so that new joinee will carry different impression about HR & organization

Not sure how much research you carried out before posting on this site. Google 'employee induction' and you will get lots of material to support the great material other SiteHR members have posted. May be worth doing some homework before you post a question.
I attach a document I came across on the first page when I googled 'employee induction'.
