I am working with service organization in pune, now a day we are facing high attrition. Please suggest me few tips to minimize attrition.
We are providing good remuneration, training facility are also world class even for motivation we have performance award and bonus.

Please share your Organization Structure with all HR data's, may be i can help you out from this kind of situation and also don't call me,
I require following information.
1. Total Department with total number of employees in each departments
2. Total Staff Data's like salary, Joining date, Promotion, increment, Transfer, please send Manpower MIS got my point.
3. Please sent true information regarding Leadership Style in your company,
4. Each Department Head information( MIS on HEAD of the department) don't share their Name,

Greetings,
Attrition is not a new phenomenon in business, but when you are claiming competitive salaries, world class training and bonus and perks to keep employees motivated, i guess you are not looking at the other (actual) reasons for employees quitting your organization.
Firstly, i would like to understand if you have an exit formality in your organization? If yes, can you tabulate the exit interview responses and see the trend. This would help you understand some of the reasons for high attrition.
Also, you mentioned that your organization is facing high attrition. Can you share some details on the same?
Revert in case you need clarifications.
