Dear Seniors,
I have joined a IT Company recently as HR,where they have given me the work on KRA & KPI for each department of the organization.Earlier,I was working in an NGO,so I didn't get opportunity to come across this topic.
So please seniors help me out to form the KRA & KPI for each department.I have been given very less time to frame it and I am not well aware about this topic,so please come out with your valuable suggestions and help me out for accomplishing my task.

Shewata,
Though I am not from IT industry, let me give some fair ideas on KRAs.
KRAs shall be covered under the following heads.
1. Financial - setting goal for revenue & spending.
2. Process - setting goals on cost minimisation, process control, etc
3. Operation - setting goals on delivery, time schedule, targets etc
4. People - Setting goals on training of sub-ordinates
KPIs shall be in measurable parameters. SMART methods may be used.

Thank you so much for the response.But one thing,I wanted to tell you that,really I don't have much idea about this topic & my organization has given me few points,which should be taken under consideration while framing the KPA & KPI for each department of my organization.These points are as follows: Win,Team,Execute & Innovation.
