Dear Friends,
Came across the attached communication & judgement on PF.
The judgement says that if conveyance allowance & special allowance is given uniformaly to all employees then the same has to be considered while calculating PF contribution.

In our company 18 people are Korean Employee and 350 others we are not deducting the Korean Employee EPF It is must or not.

If Kprean Employee getting salary here in India and payroll is being generating here i.e. Showing employee in India, then PF must be deducted. But in case; these are the employee of unit outside India and their payroll is being managed out side the india unit, it is not mandatory.
Further; if appointed as consultant , u can safe with pf also
