hi guys , my name is farhan i have some question related to compenetency framework & designing performance appraisal form , iam doing a HR project , would be gr8ful if any 1 can help me out
Q1how will you convince your CEO on the need to introduce such a performance Managment system in your company ?
Q2 list 5 compentencies that are most appropriate for the role of a showroom sales man /saleswoman, descibing effective and in-effective demonstrated behaviours for each competency .
Q3,Prepare a performance appraisal form for a showroom salesman/saleswoman , incorporating these 5 critical compentencies .
