You may fix only 1 salary fitment for all level or may fix according to their salary slab.
Ex. 8000 Gross PM
Basic : 40% of gross
HRA : 30% of Gross
Conveyance : 20 % of Gross
Special allowance : 10 % of Gross
you may do it and make formulated sheet.
About their Increments you may fix the percentage on their KRA.
Work Quality : 35 %
Productivity : 30 %
Dedication, attitude,time in-out etc.
