Dear Sir/Madam,
Please can you help me how to entre Name, Designation, Addres, ph.no, Mobile No, email id, type of business, etc in Microsoft Access & how to take state wise printout. I dont know how to use Microsoft office.

Reading your post, I believe you must take lessons in MS Access usage. Because, if you want a printout for something sorted statewise, then my assumption is that you are working towards a business purpose. And, if that is correct, then don't just learn how to enter the data. Because, that is easy part. Where MS ACCESS can add real value to your purpose is once you understand its capability and then instruct your DB designer to prepare reports per your requirement.
I realise I haven't answered your question directly. But, I believe you must look into knowing more about a very powerful tool for any small to medium business, educational institution etc...
