1.Learning and Growth of the employees are the foundation for innovation and creativity(Learning &Growth)
2.Improving business processes to ensure improved/quality products for customers(Internal Business processes)
3.Improved products leads to customer satisfaction( Customer Satisfaction)
4.Loyal and satisfied customers increases revenue of the company(Finance)
