after my father sudden expires, i handle a school from 1-10class. as it is a non profit organization. day by day class strenth is becoming less. and people are complainng against us in provident fund. so please suggest and help, as iam not aware of pf rules . today they fine us 20,000 inr.
2) actuall the problem is teachers we appoint is frequently change every year. if we pay pf, they are asking not to cut the salary. then we are going in loss, as we are appointing new teacher every year. if we pay pf then as an employeer it will come to me or the teacher.
pls suggest and need ur help.

You mentioned about the class strength but here all we need is your employee strength which you haven't mentioned. Below is the link talks about all that an employer should know about EPF.

Employee will definitely resist, if you inform all this deductions after employing them. At the time of interview itself, you should inform your prospective candidate that PF is mandatory & the same would be deducted. And most of all, its a future saving for an employee after his/her employment period. This answers your another query. Which means, it will go to an employee.
PF has got two parts, Employer & Employee contribution. So both as to contribute but nowadays many organizations deduct both the contributions from an employee salary. You may contact a labour advocate nearby & he might be of good help in taking you thru all this PF process & queries.

1) for how many employees in an organization / school this pf may applies
2)what shall we do if an employee resign from a job with in one year. that money will go to him or can employer can claim?
3)how much will be deduction from the salary of an employee?
4) on what basic salary of employee is PF is eligible.
