Dear Friends ..
Myself Venkatesh and working as Assistant Professor in a reputed institute.
I have enrolled for Ph.D and need to select a topic.
I have various thoughts and ideas in mind and need to share few things to get clear cut idea what Title I need to choose.
1) finding a topic related to company profile - Competency mapping, Appraisal Methods, etc
2) Social Media - concentrating on Orphanage adults - Training and development, Emotional Stability, work balance etc..
Since I am interest in orphanage and do have more interest in them I willing to go with 2nd one.
Now I need to merge Orphanage with management which helps in both the cause. I believe its untapped market where we can create it for the adults so that they might grow in good things.
the basic problem which they undergo is
1) Depression
2) Lack of internal motivation
3) Un updated knowledge
4) Emotional Stress
5) Old things for knowledge update.
So I am inviting you all HR professional to help me out and to provide your ideas.
Note: If you feel any management related topic new and helps a lot for management I am soul happy to discuss on it. .
