Hi Everybody Should there be a single HR policy for multilocational company / establishment or it should be separate for every location ? Pls. put ur remarks on the same. Anil Anand

Dear Anil,
As per my experience in manufacturing industry.....there should be one common policy for all employees across the company....
In case of manufacturing units which are placed in different locations, only their "Personal POlicy" will differ.....
Incase, if the company has different HR Policies for different locations then there are chances of disparity among employees and issues arising which may lead to confusion....
Therefore, i would suggest that all policies regarding the employees and company should be standardised and unifrom / common throughtoput the company.....
