Dear Moderators
Can anyone let me know where I can find the list of new joinees or thier profile... Today itself one of my known join to the site through my referance... I would like to add him into my contact list...
I have try to search it out, but failed... His name in Mr. Shrikant Kale...
Please let me know if we can see anywhere the profile of new people joining... if no such option is available as on today, we may incorporate that... It's my suggestion...
However looking forward to hear the solution....

The only way to find a person is by an address book compare if you have his/her email address in your email account's address book. You will basically have to use the "Invite tool" and it'll compare and show you who all are already members and also give you the option to add all of your contacts [who are members] into your contact list. From there you can then add a "Follow".

Mr. Shrikanth not yet participatd into any threads. He is basically a Safety and Environment Protection Consultant. He added into his personal info field this.
I just want to make him participate into this site. Thats why searching for add option.
However thanks for your reply.

@CHR
This invite tool is very good. No doubt. But his email id not in my gmail account list. He use his personal email to register with the site, I know his official id only.
If it's feasible, try to incorporate a field from where we will get the lsit of new joinees. I hope this will help new people to get active into the discussions of the site more quickly.
Thanks for your reply, but sorry to inform this not solve my query.
