For a start up company hw do we Start a HR Mannual??
It includes many things like Recruitment Payroll management PMA Employee Retention Employee Engagement Induction Joining Formalities Training & Development. More.....
The basis will be a value chain of organisation design to exit and the processes in between.
My view is to focus on WHAT eg manage performance, retain skill, orientate newcomer, maintain payroll,
then focus on the the HOW (ie processes, templates, forms)

There is a ton of stuff already posted here on CiteHR about HR Manuals.
Use the ReSearch Box at the top of every page.
If you are new to CiteHR, then there is a wealth of material here on almost every topic, BUT, you need to be proactive and use the Search facilities and you will be rewarded with many riches.

subject-Code of ethics
I am interested in coming up with a code of ethics for my organization which is a Business college.
I have been informed that the code come in two formats
a) an aspirational code of ethics
b) a directional code of ethics
Any suggestions and how they will look like will be welcome.
