I work at an insurance firm and right now we are growing so quickly that we plan to start of HR policies for our employees as we are hiring at a very fast pace. So please can some experienced people here help me with all the HR policies that have to be designed. I'm specifically looking for:
1.General Administrative Policy
3.Local Conveyance(we have provided a car n driver to a head of a branch)
6.Domestic Travel Policy
7.Overseas Travel Policy
9.Code of conduct and Conflict of Interest
10. Reimbursement and transfer expenses
12.Final settlement policy
As mentioned above I'm looking out for a whole lot of policies and really request any of the seniors here to help me with the manuals. I know its not ethical to send a company's HR manual but yet some guidance I need so that I could design the manual here at this insurance firm.
