I need one Clarification.
Should all the pages of the Offer Letter which we extend to the candidates be in a letterhead, or is it enough if we simply have the first page of the offer letter in letterhead.

Dear Mahesh, Its better if all pages of offer letter printed in letter head and it should be signed by the employer and candidate in all pages. Company seal would be added advantage.

My advice to you will to use all latter heads, besides I was wondering why would you have a “Offer Latter” for more the one page?
I would understand that one can have 5 pages “Appointment Letter” , but why “Offer Latter” for more the one page?

I do agree with him, the Offer letter should not be of more than 1 page. But in any case if it is, you can either use the plane A4 sheets wid signature & seal of the authorised person, or use can also use the photo copies of the letterhead for rest of the pages.
