I m a MPM student cmpleted my frst year , n doing my training in BPO...as i already have a 2.5 yrs into calling in a BPO. i wanted to go into some king of research ..so they asked me research on efficiecy of different sources in recruitment(print media, consltncy.. ets)since its jst a report so ...i asked to do something in T$D so to hav now i m wrking on differnt types of soft skill training offered frm training consultancies..
I wanted to become a soft skill trainer before , but one of my frnds told me grls do nt get a healthy enviornment there, and moreover i have enough skills to b a trainer.now i m a bit confused...
Do companies or consultancies really do research wrk... is there a scope in it... ???so dat aftr a complete my studies i eaisly get a job..??? or trainer will b a better option .. i feel i have those skills in me n rest i'll develop.
I know its a long story ...but i would seriously need Guidence..high time fr me to take decisions.
