Dear Mr. Biju,
You are talking about leave policy, every company have follow diff leave policy based on company policy & type of company(Public ltd / Pvt Ltd / Partnership / Proprietorship).
Our company have follow following leave policy:
During Probation Period: NA for Leave
Complete Probation: will get 2 day paid leave per monoth
Total Leave: 22 day(include CL/EL)
Long Leave: 7-10 DAYS(If get proper approval with ur HOD/HR)
I would like to suggest you, first u ask ur management which kind of leave they would prefer to their employees based on that u can make policy.
I hope, it will help to come out.
