Some time back i joined a company as exec - strat alliance. But in my appt letter, although designation is mentioned but my 'job profile' and who will be my reporting authority are not mentioned. These are verbally told to me. Also, there is a clause which states that I will comply with statutory regulations concerning my dept. but it is not mentioned what regulations/acts are applicable related to my profile. When I asked, HR said this is a standard format. Please guide.
