Hello all
Am an MBA HR 4th sem student.. i have got a project on Recruitment analysis in an MBA..I need to study their process and undertsand and suggest improvements.Can any one please help me.I need a lot of analytics help... as to what i need to do how to go about it.. etc etc...can anyone please help me.

Your analysis could do by following:
1. The organizations strategy in attracting talent on its brand equity or TOM presence as the best employer in job market (Measurable)
2. The channels by which it is currently and it could possibly attract prospective incumbents (Measurable)
3. The structure of organization with regards to a established & well developed job & behavioral competency matrices (Measurable = Number of Competencies the job needs)
4. Ability of the organization to assess the incumbent by various assessment tools needed against point 3. (Measurable = Validity of tools in measuring the number of competencies)
5. Success factor can be assessed by number of incumbents selected and who exceed matching point 3. (Measurable = Perf Mgt systems)
