Greetings for the day..
I am an MBA (HR) student and currently pursing my internship. I have no work experience. And the topic which I have chosen for my project is "To study the grievance handling procedure of the organization". I request if anyone could suggest me or guide me something regarding my project as to what all can I cover under this topic.

u have to contact different organisatxion 4 this. every organisation has different process.
In one PSU SMS unhappy to said number works.
Compliant is monitored at high level and suppose u r in service organisation u can not afford to ignore customer complaint etc
