Dear All,
I got a project to setup HR processes at a Dialysis Center. The center is newly, upcoming and everything has to be defined from ground zero.
What skills required to run a Dialysis center? What are the HR issues in a dialysis center? What labour laws are applicable?, etc, etc.
Any experienced person from a healthcare background may please help!

Are you the owner of this centre? I request you to share , so that we can suggest appropriately. To begin with , please draw an outline for the HR functions required. The customization would work only when you have identified the processes. The reference to the documents and knowledge available in this community, would stand handy to you, if we can fine tune your requirement.
How big would this centre be in terms of employee strength and managing talents? You would have employees on payroll and contract I understand. What are you current business requirements, i.e, increasing the headcount, or establishing the centre, and so on.

Hi (Cite Contribution),
I am not the owner of the dialysis center neither I know the functions carried out in such centers, skill set required, etc.
Somebody is establishing this center in my city and he needs help of mine to setup HR processes. Initially center would be 10 to 15 employees strong.
Please let me know if you can help me.
