The customization would work only when you have identified the processes. The reference to the documents and knowledge available in this community, would stand handy to you, if we can fine tune your requirement.
How big would this centre be in terms of employee strength and managing talents? You would have employees on payroll and contract I understand. What are you current business requirements, i.e, increasing the headcount, or establishing the centre, and so on.

I am not the owner of the dialysis center neither I know the functions carried out in such centers, skill set required, etc.
Somebody is establishing this center in my city and he needs help of mine to setup HR processes. Initially center would be 10 to 15 employees strong.
