Maternity leaves payments query
Hi i am working in my current organization from august 2015. i am on my maternity leaves since 22nd december 2015. till now i had not been paid for any of my maternity leaves. so after all these i had quit and asking my employer to pay for my maternity leaves as f&f. am i eligible for payments of these 3 months. please help.

All resp. seniors i ve a query regarding maternity benefits. one of our employee is requested of 1 month advance maternity leave at the 2nd month of pregnancy due to some health related problem on doctors prescription and we have allowed her the requested leaves. now my query is this can we deducted these leaves from those 12 weeks leaves which are to be availed as maternity leaves..? plz. advise.

Leaves - maternity or miscarriage
Hi we are entitled for 37 leaves for a year inclusive el female employees are entitled to a maximum of 12 weeks paid maternity leaves & in case of miscarriage she can avail 6 weeks of paid leaves. my question is these leaves are including if 37 leaves which are already given to each and every employee or its excluding 37 leaves. kind regards aavni tandon
