[QUOTE=leena.yadav83;1575281]HI,

I wanted to know , if a person leaves the organisation with out any notice & without any exit interview formalities..i.e absconding.. than will the person gets the provident fund without any support from the organisation.only if he has his pf details , if yes than what is the procedure & whom to contact & where.
Hi Ms. Leena.
Gone are the days when you need to run around your ex-employer for PF clearances. If you are presently employed in some other firm you can fill Form 13 giving your present PF No. and the previous PF No and deposite the same with your present Area PF Office. By doing this you can transfer your previous PF Amount in your present account. This is the best plan in my veiw, as far as my knowledge is concerned. If there is someany with some other Guy/Gall I am eager to know about that also. The second way is that you can directly send your duly signed PF Forms to the Area PF office of your previous office. The office itself can persue the matter with you previous employer and do the needful for you. But for this process it is necessary to have personal relations/to be in touch with the PF Officer of that area.
From your way of asking the question it seems that the absconding employee are you,yourself, Ms Leena. Aren't you? Then what are you afraid off. Dont worry , be happy.

Hi Leena,
If any company not shore up for withdrawing PF, employee can directly submit his office to pf office by attesting his bank manager's signature. She/He'll have to get signature of his bank manager on form 19 & 10c and submit it to pf office.

Sanjeev
