With job portals becoming increasingly popular, I was wondering what features / functionality would recruiters like to see to make these more useful? Some thoughts:
1) Lower access costs
2) Faster method for posting new jobs
3) Faster method for searching CVs
4) Mechanism to reduce number of irrelevant CVs recieved
5) Capability to integrate with existing ATS / alternative
6) Assistance on deterimining selection criteria (from experts attached to the portal)
7) Secured access forum that allows recruiters/employers to exchange ideas
etc. etc.

There are many perspective of seeing the related query. Even though now a days we are running to achieve numbers but everybody desire to be upfront on the benchmark of quality and quantity. Speedy delivery along with quality has raised the concern of every employee and organization.
Though we are looking job portals only for Job/Resume search, but they have another role to play and that's their brand management. More than 10000 new users join themselves everyday with these job portals and the popular is accessed most.
