My company that is a start up is estimating a surplus this year and therefore wishes to share some of it with the employees. As for now we do not wish to do it on a performance basis however we wish o do it department wise. we will like to create formula driven approach. please can anyone suggest something similar they have done.

minimum sale done by a sale executive is 2 Lakhs.
