I am looking for Templates for Training Department :
1.Weekly Report(mentioning current batches in training, their progress, no. of topics covered, their feedback, next scheduled training)
TO BE SUBMITTED OR SHOWN TO THE VP - TRAINING
2. Detailed feedback report for trainees
(A progress report template which has a column for a short feedback review, a detailed feedback for the candidate to see, rating, grades, mentioning steps for improvement etc.)
TO BE MAINTAINED BY THE TRAINING DEPTT and TO BE USED AS A REPORT CARD FOR TRAINEES
3.A MONTHLY SCORESHEET(consolidated cores and grades can be shown here.
Also, an easy way to depict the progress of the candidates through graphs, charts etc.
Also, consolidated to show the department's or batch's overall improvement post training.
TO BE SHOWN TO HEADS AND SUPERVISORS OF VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS
