I am an MBA student (HR Specialization). i am currently doing a project in the SAP HR Dept. My project Title is "HR AUTOMATION THROUGH ERP". The objective of my project is to show how ERP enables HR functions
My query is How do I show that the ERP acts as an enabler for business

Probably you could do a comparison of before implementation and after implementation, thereby showing how ERP has really enhanced the HR functions.

Mushroom Development Foundation is a small firm as non profit organization cultivating mushroom and enhance income for the farmers. I have choosen Microsoft Dynamics NAV as vendor for the organization.The objective of my project is to show how ERP enables HR functions of MDF.
My query is i want details of "vendor selection methodology" and "How will erp benefits small scale firm?"

Hi Kalpana,
Microsoft NAV is an ERP caters need of Finance, Sales & Distribution, Supply Chain, Purchase, Manufacturing etc. It does not have HRIS, it has only employee information database.
