No issues ifthe subject has been discussed and deliberated.

You have specific questions and I answer as under:

1) To my mind you should be opting for a good MBA course and to taht if you have to remain with the present employer, so be it! But that is not essential. You may change employment IF does not become a hurdle in your persuit of MBA and will depend upon what kind of MBA it possible for you to take up! If it is through "distance learning" there may be no problem is changing employment but I regard "distance learning", especially for Management as a choice second to a regular programme even if it has to be a part time programme! Consider the time you have spend in Sales function I am recommending MBA. Your entry into corporate and growth will be relatively easy.

2) I am not in favour of SAP primarily as you do not seem to have a software background and you might have to start as "fresher" as it were! But frankly, I do not know much about SAP training and opportunities. You perhaps need to make deeper enquiries about this before making up your mind.

I trust this help set a direction for further thinking!

If I can be of further assistance, shoot your questions!
