Some companies treat the left employees as untouchables and intentionally delaying their F&F settlement on one pretext or another. The vexed employees display their irk towards HR. But using abusive language against anyone is condemnable. HR should initiate their settlement in an expedious manner as the chances of those left employees may spread unwanted propaganda against the company which can be avoided by time bound settlement.

Dear M.r Samvedan
Neither you hurt my feelings nor i had tried to hurt Mr. Dayal or Ms. Archna.

I would be oblige, if you could read my reply point-wise by giving a short break as you have to interpret without considering it in a NEGATIVE SENSE. As you are aware that, its our PERCEPTION/INTERPRETATION LEVELS that makes us MISUNDERSTAND the BEST SOLUTION as CRITIC/COMMENT.

Those who had spoken FILTHY LANGUAGE, i am sure there must a valid reason for the same. Mr. Dayal had spoken to those guys, since then their mobile is switched off---------- This is what posted by Mr. Dayal

Ms. Archna being HR PROFESSIONAL, she was least bothered to find out why there was delay in F&F SETTLEMENT and what is the reason for those employees to misbehave but, she just highlighted what is an offence or crime.

We should not motivate Mr. Dayal to seek help from POLICE or REGISTER A COMPLAINT that may create issues in future because there is something called "REVENGE" which may come in any form.

I want Mr. Dayal to understand the ROOT CAUSE for receiving such calls and try to solve the issue.

With profound regards

Dear Mr. Khadir,
I respect your individual view points.
I do not fully support these, but let us not continue a debate.
Shall we close the issue right here? I would appreciate that!

Hi Khadir,
The query asked by Mr. Dayal was about how to deal with the issue, and so my reply was accustomed as per the requirements.
Not knowing about the company, their policies on F&F, i feel it was unjustifiable to comment on that at this point of time, also please do not conclude or judge what others do.... I would really appreciate that.
The crime is a crime no matter what instigated that, it wasn't mentioned anywhere in the query Of Mr. Dayal also....Abusing and use of filthy language is a crime and I stand by what I suggested.
I just offered my disagreement on what you as An HR professional and behavioral trainer
recommended. The conduct was not to let you down in any way and if you felt so please accept my apologies.

Dear Ms. Archana and Mr. Samvedan
I believe we only had misinterpreted our replies/views posted here. We haven't hurt anyone feelings/sentiments. We are just sharing our views but not to trying to submit and enforce our JUDGEMENT.

Please don't seek apology as i am not an EXPERT or KNOWLEDGEABLE or EXPERIENCED or SENIOR PROFESSIONAL and i don't have right to FORGIVE when i may be or i am WRONG. I was just trying to align our PERCEPTION LEVELS to solve an issue amicably, wanted to guide individuals towards the RIGHT PATH and bring changes in HUMANS, which is the MOST DIFFICULT TASK.

I don't want to blame anyone but love to correct my mistakes because "FAILURES ARE STEPPING STONES FOR SUCCESS". I may feel happy if others are learning some fruitful through my mistakes.

An "X FACTOR" triggers CHANGE IN DECENT/NORMAL/GOOD/PROFESSIONAL/ETHICAL BEHAVIOUR and it is reflected in XYZ's ATTITUDE. If it is against LAW, it becomes a CRIME. If we can find out that "X FACTOR", we can help XYZ to correct himself rather COMMITTING CRIMES, which he himself is not aware of. Such people need to forgive themselves. After all, we all are HUMAN BEINGS, the most powerful species one among 70,000, found on this earth.

This thread may be closed but i have NO RIGHT to take FINAL DECISION.

With profound regards

Hi All.
Sorry for not updating you because of an accident. We could find the person. He is an ex employee from Jabalpur who has requested his room mates for the use of filthy language. What we have done is we followed up with him regarding his submissions after resignation, on regular basis and released his settlement amount. On receipt of the same, he called and apologised for his act. But somewhere whenever I remember the day, it pricks.
Anyways Thanks for the support with your views.

I agree with S Kadhir , every misbehaviour is a cry for help.
You cannot throw stones at a dog and expect it to wag its tail.
Also very truly PON has stated that

This is very true experienced by me also, once you resign they act very hostile and cold, towards you, dont know why? Please treat every employee with respect, because in the end you have to pay for your sins.
