Coming to his dedication towards students career and passion about teaching field:

He spends the entire weekend and on any public holiday at the institute with the students from morning 6:30 AM to evening 6:30 PM by answering their doubts and also helping the students in the lab. The only motto behind this is he wants all his students to be a job holder by the end of the course which is the ultimate dream of any student and he is achieving it gradually.
