When I recently approached my previous employer for PF withdrawal. Beside PF withdrawal form they also asked for a undertaking on a judicial stamp paper that I am not working any where.
As per them one can withdraw PF only if you are not working or other reasons like marriage, loan, home construction etc.
Please confirm ASAP.

You can withdraw the PF if it is really necessary for you. Your previous employer cannot ask for a undertaking on a stamp paper. You only have to mention in your PF withdrawl form as unemployee.
Do this only if you are really in need of money because if you maintain PF account for more than 10 years then you are eligible for pension.
Hope this answers your question.
Thanks
