EPF now Entering in Online Procedure to Provide best Services to the PF Subscribers. For this EPFO Authorities Introduced Monthly e-return Software for Employers in their official website www.epfo.gov.in
Employers (Who are Interested) Download the Software form the EPFO official website. Installation Procedure Files also kept in the Application. I have already downloded and Using the Software Application. I Entered all the Details of Employees in the Application and I also Generated Form5, Form 10,Form 12 and Monthly Contribution Challan.
Finally it is most convienent to the Employers to avoid manual Retuns.

Enter Your Establishment Code which ever Given by EPFO Office and Select Your PF Regional Office. Then Your Code Change as Online Establishment Code and Save the Details. The Computer Results "Establishment Details Sucessfully Added."
After the application asks you Username and Password : Enter User Name and Password which given in EPF PDF file : Password. For This Your System Needed Change of Date Format as per Software Requirment.
Change your System Setting as
Star Menu > Settings > Control Panel > Regional and Langauages Option > Double Click > Customize > Date > Short Date Fomat as -
dd-MM-yyyy (type the Date Fomat if System not having)
Date Seperated with
- (dash)
and Save the Setting.
Then the User Name and Password Login.
Do Above mentioned Steps and After Login Iam Attaching PDF File Employer User Manual Issued by the EPFO Authorities.
