Hi Friends,
I am facing some difficulties to get my people done their PDPs by the the given timelines.
It seems to me as major factor that, they do not know the importance of PDPs and do not know how it will help themselves to move on.
Can anyone provide the material on importance of Personal Development Plan for an individual in the organization.
In other words i want to tell them importance of PDP in their career development as well as organizational development.
waiting for some advise or material.

Dear Faysal,
You can conduct workshops on Individual development focussing need for individual learning and development etc., make a develoment manual share it with employees.
Also in my org IDP is part appraisal review n discussions which has 25% weightage...also you can have some linkage with career progression...
Also try creating awareness by putting some banners, danglers or other promotional material...
