Hello everyone,
My company is currently in the process of transformation from traditional family type business to departmentalized way of management. I was asked to develop the Standard Operating Procedures for all staffs including those in office, production as well as outlet staffs. Can I know is there any templates for me to refer to, and what are the factors I should take into consideration when developing a SOP? hope to hear from you all soon. Thank you very much in advance.
